Founded in 1821 by Benigno and Manuel Lopez Barbadillo, this famous Sherry producer remains 100% in family hands after nearly two centuries. The cellars are still in the heart of the Atlantic coastal town of Sanlucar De Barrameda where they remain the largest maker of the towns celebrated speciality, the dry and tangy Manzanilla Sherry, through their famous 'Solear'. Barbadillo also make Spains largest selling dry white 'Castillo San Diego'. All the Barbadillo vineyards are superior sites on the signature Albariza chalk/clay soils. Through their Export range and the famous 'Solear', Barbadillo offers absolutely authentic Sherry; their Manzanillas, Fino, Amontillado Oloroso and luscious PX, all at wonderful values.
