Chalk Hill is a family owned company that has grown grapes and made wine in McLaren Vale since 1964. Brothers Jock and Tom Harvey, the family’s third generation, manage the estate owned vineyards, the first of which were planted in the 1890’s. The fruit for Chalk Hill wines is primarily sourced from four family-owned, sustainably tended vineyards, each one with a different soil type and topography.

For each bottle sold Chalk Hill donates 25 cents to Greening Australia for the planting of trees, as part of their joint venture partnership in providing alternative habitat for the Glossy Black Cockatoo - Australia's most endangered cockatoo.
