Gemtree Vineyards owns 340 acres in the heart of McLaren Vale and has been the home of Paul and Jill Buttery who have been grape-growing for over 25 years. The Gemtree Vineyards label was created in 1998 and the Buttery – Brown families are first generation winemakers drawing on the expertise from three generations of grape growing. The extensive estate has over 20 different soil types which ensures that they can nurture and select a diverse range of the very best parcels of fruit to make the Gemtree range of wines.
