Ayala was included in the restricted group of the top Houses shortly after its 1860 inception. Purchased by next-door neighbour Bollinger in 2005, Ayala quickly became known world-wide for its exclusive cuvée sourced from Grand and Premier Cru villages. A totally different style to Bollinger, Ayala is a Grande Marque of Independence, lauded as such both domestically and internationally. Ayala has become increasingly known by connoisseurs for its dry Champagnes and “zero dosage” concept.
