Sandalford Wines was first established in Western Australia in 1840. Today it is privately owned by the Prendiville family and is regarded as an important major producer of Margaret River wines. The wines are categorised into the entry level Element, mid-tier Margaret River Range, single vineyard Estate Reserve and the icon, ultra-premium, Prendiville wines. The West Australian wine writer, Ray Jordan, recently named Sandalford Wines as his “Producer of the Year” and winemaker Paul Boulden as “Winemaker of the Year”.
