What is the minimum order of wine I have to purchase?
Welcome to Cellardor.com.au. Using Cellardor is simple and straightforward if you remember when you are purchasing from us your minimum spend is one case of fabulous wine which equals 12 bottles or in some instances a 6 pack where stated.
If the wine is advertised why can't I have it?
At Cellardor.com.au the utmost care is taken to bring you the most up to date information on all wines, but from time to time a wine might change it's price, vintage or availability between the time you see it and the time it is ordered and confirmed. In this instance we will contact you and advise of the change and request whether the change is suitable for you to go ahead with the purchase. If you are not happy with the changes, and have gone through the checkout process, we will give you the choice of a refund or Credit Note to spend on your next purchase. If you choose a refund, while we will process the refund straight away, the money may take 3 to 5 days to reach your account, which is due to bank processing, and unfortunately not under our control.
What does it mean if a wine is stated as 'limited', and why won't this purchase let me go through to the checkout?
If a wine is stated as 'limited' it means that the wine has a very limited amount of cases available. In this instance before Cellardor.com.au takes your money a check will be made on your behalf to the winery to confirm that you may go ahead with your order. You will then be contacted to continue through the checkout as normal to purchase your wine.
Is your checkout secure?
Cellardor.com.au utilizes the security of PAYPAL for its checkout procedure, which we believe to be the most secure payment gateway we could find, so you can have confidence that the money will reach its target and not get lost. There is also the option of paying with VISA or MASTERCARD. Cellardor.com.au does not accept any other cards.
Do I have to use the checkout?
You may use Direct Debit if you choose, details will be sent through when you check out choosing Direct Debit. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 business days.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes, to use Cellardor.com.au you must be over 18 years by Australian Law.

Do I have to be home to receive delivery of my wine?
Someone the age of 18 or over, needs to be available to accept your package if you are not there. Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by yourself, will incur an additional delivery charge.
Please ensure the delivery address provided is one where someone will be home who is 18 or over 18, to accept the wine. As alcohol is under strict controls for delivery, the delivery person will not leave a package of wine unattended or not in a secure and safe place, so it arrives to you safely and in perfect condition.
The most available method for delivery is E-PARCEL AUSTRALIA POST and if you leave special delivery instructions, you are giving permission to the delivery driver to leave your wine unattended in a place that you consider safe. Please note if you do this, Cellar D'or is not responsible if the wine goes missing.
Often a work or office address during business hours may be a safer option for delivery. We also utilise couriers where we can for same day in local areas.
