Like golden flecks of sun on cool Mediterranean waters, freshness comes alive with pure

tropical yellow stone fruits and notes of Fragipani. An essence of Crisp Granny Smith apples

and native finger limes are followed with a precise minerality.

Having a ball!

The sun shone in the King Valley. The dryer conditions and moderate temperatures allowed sugar

levels to develop and provide steady ripening, resulting in good natural acidity. The perfect

growing season with timely rainfalls leant terrific aromatics to our Sauvignon Blanc.

About the Vineyard:

The climate and growing environment of the King Valley has been known to be uncanningly

similar to that of Southern Italy. Hence, the richness and quality of traditional Italian grape

varieties grow beautifully in the Valley.

Ciccone Estate and Outlaws Peak Vineyard are nestled in Cheshunt, in the tranquil and

picturesque King Valley of North East Victoria’s Legends, Wine & High Country, a terrain that

ranges from snow capped Alps to sun baked fields. The valley’s continental climate provides

warm days and cool nights, influenced by the katabatic breeze that sweeps northward down

the valley from the high country. A range of microclimates are available from the slightly

warmer valley f loors to the bracingly cool upper slopes, creating the perfect environment for

producing optimal fruit, which allows us to specialise in a variety of unique wines and styles.

This is a 100% On Premise Wine
